Refund & Return Policy

This refund and return policy sets out clearly when and how you can request a refund, replacement, or reship, and what our obligations are to you as a customer.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every order. If your order arrives damaged, significantly different from what was described, or does not arrive at all within the expected timeframe, we will make it right — either with a replacement shipment or a full refund, at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Eligible Refund & Reship Scenarios

1. Non-Delivery

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international) after dispatch, and the parcel has not been delivered, you are eligible for a full reship or refund. Contact us with your order number and tracking reference, and we will open an investigation with the courier immediately.

2. Customs Seizure

In the event that your package is seized or detained by customs authorities, we will offer a one-time complimentary reship at no additional cost. To qualify, you must:

We cannot issue refunds for customs seizures as we have fulfilled our shipping obligations, however we will always reship at our expense on the first occurrence.

3. Damaged or Tampered Product

If your order arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or the product is not as described, photograph the package and contents immediately upon opening. Send us the images via our contact page within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

4. Wrong Item Received

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong medication (wrong product, wrong strength, or wrong quantity), contact us within 7 days with your order details and photos. We will dispatch the correct item immediately at no charge and arrange return of the incorrect item if required.

5. Significantly Delayed Delivery

If your order is significantly delayed beyond our published estimates and no customs or courier reason can be identified, you may request either a reship or a partial refund of shipping fees. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Include your order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue
  3. Attach any relevant photos or documentation (customs notices, damage photos, etc.)
  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps

All refund requests are reviewed manually by our support team. We aim to resolve every issue fairly and quickly. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept physical returns of opened medication for safety and regulatory reasons. All quality and delivery issues are resolved via reship or refund as described above. Do not return products without explicit written authorisation from our support team.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. In the vast majority of cases, we can resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged and future orders declined.
